Clive felt that his website had not been completed to his satisfaction by his former web agency, and he was not happy with the agency’s response to his complaints.
As he was not willing to pay the high fees requested to remediate the situation, he separated from the service provider.
Clive has been with us ever since. We receive regular PAYG work from him to tweak or expand his site at a price that he finds fair.
He also commissioned us to build the site for Alpha Swanson’s trading style Alpha Water Hygiene.
