To coincide with Neurodiversity Celebration Week 2025, the Callum L Gamble team has launched their Empowerment—Strengths—Positivity Mentorship Programme (the ESP Programme) for neurodivergent school leavers, apprentices, and job seekers.
Caren and Callum spent the latter part of 2024 expanding their autism consultancy to include early careers and mentorship programmes. This focus mirrors their own experiences during school, university, and employment. They teach what they learnt from difficult experiences, hoping to inspire and help many other young people who feel lost and overwhelmed.
Callum explains: “Entering higher education or employment after mainstream education can be daunting. As I turned 18, I felt as though I was suddenly in free fall. I was expected to know what I wanted for the rest of my life and handle it ‘like an adult’ ( which I definitely was not!). My parents were there to support me, but I felt that I needed to manage things independently. It was such a challenging time!”
Eventually, Callum realised that he could not navigate this alone. Caren and Callum had already developed effective strategies to help him achieve top grades in my A-levels. They continued with them during Callum’s time at university, resulting in his first-class honours BSC degree. When he came across the harsh barriers of employment in a company that had no understanding and willingness to understand what it meant to employ an autistic person (despite disclosure), they went back to the drawing board. KreativeInc Agency was born.
Since then, they have used the formula ‘experience—learn—adapt—pivot’ in all their business endeavours, which has led to this exciting new programme to help other neurodivergent people.
In short, the ESP Programme teaches:
👉 Empowerment: Feeling in control rather than being controlled by unfamiliar situations. This can include researching a university or company, being aware of your entitlements, and knowing how to approach recruitment.
👉 Strengths: Identifying individual strengths and how to focus on and use them to overcome weaknesses and find a career path that aligns with these strengths.
👉 Positivity: How to approach setbacks and pitfalls with a positive mindset, see positive opportunities in adversity and develop them.

Could the ESP Programme be of interest to you or your son, daughter, or somebody else you know? Please don’t hesitate to ask more questions; Caren and Callum would be happy to answer them!
