The Callum L Gamble Team was delighted to be asked to run a Neurodiversity Celebration Event at the Alpine Formula One Team in Oxford on March 20th, 2024.

Callum and Caren provided the following services for this project:

👉 1-2-1 sessions for department managers and employees in the morning and afternoon who needed individual support on the topic.

👉 A 1-hour talk-show-style hybrid presentation in the Alpine Auditorium and on MS Teams for all Alpine team members. The focus was on Neurodiversity at work, covering the challenges and strengths of autistic and other neurodivergent employees, and their managers/colleagues, and giving helpful tips for positive actions and productive teamwork.

👉 A Q&A session after the presentation for all attendees and per e-mail following the event.

👉 A book signing session for Callum’s book, From the Dark into the Light – How I came to see the positive side of Autism, with dedicated messages.

👉 Two comprehensive Neurodiversity Booklets for Employees and Managers/Colleagues with resources, helpful tips and a glossary. These were posted on the Alpine Intranet as a resource for all staff.

The feedback from the event was extremely rewarding. Kelly Harding, HR Business Partner – DEI at Alpine, says:

“We partnered with Caren and Callum for an event during Neurodiversity Celebration Week. From the initial scoping of the event, right through to taking the time to answer follow up questions on personal circumstances, the whole process was flawless. We had such incredible feedback from the event internally and really cannot thank Caren and Callum enough for sharing their incredibly personal journey. It is an inspiration to anyone that hears it, whether you are neurodivergent or not. We knew of Callum as he was a former work placement student of ours, and are very glad to have this connection and partnership. It was just an absolute joy to meet and work with them.”

Please get in touch if you would like to talk about hiring our team for a similar event at your organisation.
