On March 26th, 2024, a signed copy of Callum’s book, From the Dark into the Light – How I Came to See the Positive Side of Autism, was presented to the Speaker of the House of Commons of the United Kingdom, Sir Lindsay Hoyle.
Callum had asked our local MP, Andrea Jenkyns, if she would pass the book on to Mr Speaker when she was next in London. Callum felt that he would enjoy reading his story.
She said that he was “over the moon” to receive the book and loved Callum’s personal message to him.
A big thank you to Mr Speaker for accepting the book and to Andrea for presenting it and supporting Callum and his mission to improve the understanding of autism and neurodiversity!
